In 2010, Milford Moves began as a senior thesis project I developed while attending University of Bridgeport. It was a fictional initiative developed with the idea to educate the community about the environmental impact of vehicular travel, and promote the benefits of public transportation, as well as walking, biking, jogging, and other forms of human-powered travel. The campaign included a website, print advertising, promotional materials, apparel and more.
Fast forward to 2015. Milford Moves was adopted by The Milford Bank to promote health and wellness in Milford, CT and surrounding communities. The program included 12-week fitness program that lead up to the Bank's first ever 5K - the Pirate Day 5K.
